From the time Tony was able to lift a hammer he was a master builder of his craft at hand. From Ducting Design, HVAC, to Remodeling and Restoring; he has mastered it. His keen eye for creation and his spirit driven by the love for our families has created quite a legacy over time in Fredericksburg and the surrounding areas. Since Main's Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. had opened it's doors, to this day we served 1,000s and continue to provide only the best through the standard that he has established. His love for the Lord and the truth he stands on daily speaks volumes of the man he is. He is known for his honesty, intelligence, integrity and his skill set. He is licensed and insured but most importantly he is trusted.

Cindy is a voice that touches you every time you call. Her caring charisma, her gentle words and love for each person she comes into contact with is infectious. Over the years she has become loved by so many and still is asked for when customers call in for their maintenances. She is a staple to what we have become; the mother of the office and the one who keeps everything together. 

Holly is the voice behind most of the phone calls these days. With a laugh and smile bright each time picking up the phone, always there to assist in any way she can. Even during the stressful moments, she is there to be a sense of comfort and let you know we will be there for you and get what needs to be done, completed. She is a force in the office and from time to time you may even see her on a job or dropping things off. Always willing to do what is needed to make everyone's day just that much easier. 

This pretty girl is a staple to who we are. Always standing proudly and keeping everyone smiling!! We are a big happy family ready to serve!! 

From the Mountains of Alaska, digging for Gold; to the crazy backroads and city streets of our good area of Fredericksburg and surrounding, fixing Heaters and AC. This man has gifted hands that have many talents. An Awarded Technician with more skill set than what he will ever lead on to have, he has become quite an assist to our team. 

A Good Ol' Country Boy, is exactly the right words to describe William. A big heart that cares and hands that aren't afraid to dig up dirt, he is a go getter and a force to reckon with. While demolition may be his favorite thing, his gift is in restoring and repairing. He has an eye for perfecting and making sure things are done right.

Born and raised with Southern charm and charisma, always bursting with a smile and a laugh to draw you in. Luke is a hardworking and dedicated man with everything he puts his mind to. A family man with soaring talents and a sharp mind. A blessing to have on our team and a light to our families with every encounter. 

A bright star to our team with huge and exciting dreams ahead. Christian has a mind that never stops, and a drive that follows. 

A life-sized teddy bear with a deep country voice that brings light to every day. His shy beginning will quickly change into laughter and smiles leaving a lasting impression. Always ready to do what is needed and learn daily. He makes the days just that much easier for whoever he is working beside.
